Lead Group in Canberra is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee complex mechanical services projects across Canberra and Sydney. You will manage site installation activities, coordinate trades, ensure safety and quality, and drive program delivery with project teams and clients.

The successful candidate will have proven HVAC/mechanical project experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety.

A highly regarded building services contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex mechanical services projects across Canberra and Sydney.

The Role Reporting to the Project Leadership Team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating site installation activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring seamless site operations and exceptional project outcomes.
