Core Talent is seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to oversee commercial, retail, and healthcare/laboratory projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will own site delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance across multiple sites.

The role requires hands-on leadership of site teams and subcontractors, adherence to Australian Standards, and effective stakeholder management. A competitive package with a company car may be available depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as HVAC/Mechanical Site Supervisor or Site Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and WHS practices.
• Experience delivering Commercial/ Retail / Healthcare projects in HVAC.

Our client is a successful, growing HVAC Contractor that are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to join their team looking after Commercial, Retail and Healthcare / Laboratory projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of site-based delivery to achieve project outcomes across quality, safety, and programme targets
This role is responsible for overseeing site operations, managing subcontractors and trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

As a HVAC Site Manager, you will be:

• Supervising the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high productivity and performance
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Managing and enforcing WHS compliance, including safe work practices and site procedures
• Liaising with clients, builders, and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues
