You will work with an experienced team, reporting to a strong leadership group. Salary is negotiable on experience and reflective of NSW market conditions, with clear pathways into senior project management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering HVAC projects.
• Experience delivering projects valued between $5 million and $20m.
• Strong sector exposure: Airports, Hospitals & Healthcare, Data Centres, High-Rise Commercial Buildings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Ability to plan, programme and deliver projects to budget and programme requirements.
• Thorough understanding of Australian Standards and local construction regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• NSW-based with local project delivery experience.
