Morson Edge Australia is seeking a Site Manager for a major plumbing/hydraulic package on a large construction project in Shellharbour, NSW. The role demands proven site leadership on complex builds and a strong plumbing background.

You will manage subcontractors and site labour, coordinate with the builder and other services, monitor program, quality and safety, and report progress to senior leadership. Permanent position with an established contractor.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed plumber with site management experience.
• Demonstrated capability to lead on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic services and Australian standards.

I am looking for a Site Manager to join a well-established building services contractor delivering a major project in Shellharbour, NSW.

This role will suit an experienced Site Manager with a plumbing background who has worked on large-scale construction projects and is confident leading site operations on complex builds.

The Role

About You

• Licensed Plumber (essential)
• Proven Site Manager experience on major projects
• Strong understanding of hydraulic services installations
• Experience working within high-compliance environments
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across trades
• Solid knowledge of Australian standards and safety requirements
