Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a Site Manager in Singleton, NSW to lead a large workforce on a client site, ensuring operations run smoothly and service levels remain exceptional.

You will build strong relationships with clients and employees, manage rostering, attendance, leave and day-to-day workforce needs, coordinate onboarding and inductions, and drive safety and continuous improvement. • Partnering with internal teams to meet workforce demands while driving operational performance and continuous improvement.

No mining or recruitment experience? No problem! You don't need industry experience to be successful. If you've led teams, managed stakeholders, or worked in operations, hospitality, logistics, retail, customer service, or another fast-paced environment, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. This is a site-based, Monday to Friday position located in Singleton, NSW, offering the opportunity to build strong client relationships while leading a large workforce in a fast-paced operational environment.

What does a day as a Site Manager look like?

As a Site Manager, you'll be the key link between our client and workforce, ensuring operations run efficiently while delivering an outstanding experience for everyone involved.

Your day may include:
