Workskil Australia is seeking a capable leader to develop, coach, and drive the performance of a site team at Port Adelaide. This full-time, ongoing role offers a 9-day fortnight, a dedicated day off every second week, and salary packaging.
You will model strong people leadership, foster a positive culture, and partner with support services to meet KPI targets while delivering excellent customer service to diverse customers.
Workskil Australia is a national provider of Employment Services delivering the Australian Government’s Workforce Australia program. The program is playing a critical role in Australia’s economic recovery by getting people back into work.
This role will play a pivotal role in developing, coaching, and driving the performance of your team whilst building a supportive culture at site.
This position is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis and will be located at our Port Adelaide site.
You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full-time employee in addition to the ability to salary package.
