WorkPac Group in Darwin is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Industrial Recruitment team. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-volume admin or customer service roles, this could be your next challenge.

You will work closely with Business Development Managers to fill opportunities, build and manage candidate relationships, and perform pre-employment checks. The role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume administration or customer service.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates.
• Experience conducting pre-employment checks and references.
• Positive, proactive attitude and team collaboration.

What will your day look like?

• You will be working closely with our Business Development Managers to fill open Industrial opportunities
• Connecting with your candidate network - build and manage relationships
• Completing pre-employment checks (e.g., references, interviews, qualifications)
• Offering excellent service to our field employees while on placement
• Work on projects that drive real outcome and change within our communities

In simple terms, as a Recruitment Coordinator, no two days will be the same. Yes, it's a fast-paced environment, competitive but highly stimulating! You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive structure.
