WorkPac Group Corporate in Mackay, QLD is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support the industrial recruitment team. You will fill open opportunities, connect with candidate networks, and deliver excellent service to field employees on placement.

The role offers exposure to impactful projects and community outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will be mentored within a supportive team and have opportunities for professional growth, with a big emphasis on relationship building

What will your day look like?

• You will be working closely with our Business Development Managers to fill open Industrial opportunities
• Connecting with your candidate network - build and manage relationships

In simple terms, as a Recruitment Coordinator, no two days will be the same. Yes, it's a fast-paced environment, competitive but highly stimulating! You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive structure.
