The successful candidate will balance strategic priorities with hands-on leadership, ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hospitality, catering, food service or facilities operations.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
• A commitment to workplace health, safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, labour costs and financial performance.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality, dining and workplace experiences.
• Monitor service standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and training activities.
• Ensure all services are delivered in line with Compass Group policies and client expectations.

$90,000 Annually Based + 12% Superannuation

• Monday to Friday | 7am - 3pm
• Located in North Sydney
