Job summary

Eurest in North Sydney is seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to lead and develop a multidisciplinary onsite team during a new operation launch. Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm, you will help shape service standards and client outcomes.

You will build relationships with key client stakeholders, drive a positive safety culture, manage budgets and labour, and deliver exceptional dining and workplace experiences. This is a Compass Group Australia opportunity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing hospitality, catering, food service or facilities operations.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
• A commitment to workplace health, safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational leadership.

$90,000 Annually Based + 12% Superannuation
