Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-rise construction project, taking ownership of day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard.

You will coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel, manage programs and review documentation while maintaining quality and compliance across the project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing and site coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects moving.
• Solid understanding of WHS, quality and compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and practices.

The Role
