Coordinate on-site construction activities, subcontractors, suppliers and trades.
Monitor progress against the programme and report delays or risks.
Manage site logistics, deliveries, materials and equipment.
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and site safety plans.
Lead pre-start meetings and toolbox talks, and coordinate site inductions.
Conduct safety inspections and assist with incident investigations.
Ensure work meets drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Maintain site records, safety logs and QA documentation.
Report site issues, risks and variations to the project team.
Proven experience in construction site management or supervision.
Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing.
Knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety systems.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
First Aid and White Card, or equivalent safety certification.
Trade qualification in construction or a related field (desirable).
Experience with commercial construction projects (desirable).
Experience using construction management software (desirable).
Relevant plant and equipment tickets or licences, such as EWP or telehandler, where applicable (desirable).
