Job summary

Bluestonerecruitment seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-rise residential project in Sydney. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery and top-quality standards while guiding crews, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships on a central project.

Candidates should bring proven high-rise site management experience and a track record of delivering complex projects safely and to specification.

About the Company

This builder are well known for delivering high rise resi, commercial, aged care and other projects. The company has been around for 30 years and has a great reputation in the industry.

It's a fun and enjoyable place to work and due to recent project wins are looking to bring on an experienced Site Manager who wants a long term career with a business.

They are looking for someone with solid high rise experience to work on a centrally located project.

You will responsible for ensuring that this project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while leading teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This will include:

• Overseeing all on-site construction activities to meet project milestones and stakeholder expectations.


• Leading by example in health, safety, environment and quality management.


• Collaborating with project leaders to develop construction management and workplace relations plans.


• Managing subcontractor performance, labour resources, and site logistics.


• Conducting regular site walks, safety meetings, and progress reviews.


• Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


• Building and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.


• Supporting buildability reviews and contribute to achieving design and quality outcomes.


• Ensuring compliance with company standards, HSE legislation, and project specifications.

What You\'ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the high rise residential construction sector, having proven experience on large scale $100 mil + projects


• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead and engage diverse teams.
