Job summary

Bingo Industries is seeking skilled Machine Operators for multiple NSW recycling and resource recovery sites. You will operate excavators and/or front-end loaders to identify and sort recyclable materials, supporting the goal of diverting waste from landfills.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in operating heavy equipment, hold relevant licences, and can work day shifts with guaranteed hours. Join a safety-focused team with training opportunities and overtime where needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience operating an excavator and/or front-end loader.
• Strong preference for Waste Industry experience or processing background.
• Current driver's licence and own transport due to limited public transport.
• Relevant licences and tickets; VOC training acceptable.
• Ability to read safety signs and communicate clearly on a 2-way radio.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sort recyclable materials on site to divert waste from landfills.
• Assist in recovery of bricks, concrete, tiles, steel and timber.
• Operate excavator and/or front-end loader as part of a dynamic NSW network.

As BINGO continues to grow its NSW network, we are looking for skilled and experienced Machine Operators to join our team, with multiple roles across multiple recycling and resource recovery sites.

How are you important to us?

Our machine operators are working towards BINGO's clear purpose of diverting waste from landfill to be reprocessed and recycled by identifying and sorting our heavy recyclable materials in one of our excavator and front end loader machines. You will assist in the recovery of recyclable materials such as bricks, concrete, tiles, steel and timber - helping us push for a Waste Free Australia!

What you bring:

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience operating an excavator and/or front-end loader - Strong preference for people coming from Waste Industry, or have processing experience
• Ability to work a day shift - Permanent role, guaranteed Hours
• Relevant licences and tickets, VOC training is acceptable
• Waste industry, or relevant industries - Ie Processing/Manufacturing/Other heavy industry fields
• We care about your safety first so the ability to read and understand safety signs and communicate clearly into a 2-way radio is very important
• Current drivers' licence and own transport due to limited public transport options
