Job description

Dash Group is currently recruiting for a client who has multiple projects commencing at the same time. They are building luxury multi-residential apartment complexes throughout Brisbane.

The Builder / Developer is growing quickly and ideally these hires will form the foundation of their future leadership team. They are open to seasoned Site Manager or Foreman who are looking to move into the next phase of their career.

All projects are at the piling stage and looking for a Site Manager who will be there from start to finish.

Locations:

• Chermside – Luxury multi-residential apartment complex (4 down, 7 up)
• Coopers Plains – Central Location (2 down, 4 up)

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Managing subcontractors and suppliers, fostering strong working relationships.
• Coordinating project timelines, resources, and schedules.
• Keeping a close eye on project budgets and costs.
• Problem-solving, making critical decisions to address any challenges that arise.

Requirements

• Mid-rise or Open Builders license
• Site Management experience ideal, but open to Foreman
• Experience on multi-residential projects
