Job summary

Applicants should have proven site management or foreman experience on similar builds, strong multi-storey construction and waterproofing knowledge, and an established local subcontractor network plus QBCC Site Supervisors Licence.

Your new company

This established developer-builder is delivering a landmark project on the Sunshine Coast. With 3 stages already planned, this is a long‑term role that will see you commence on a $5M luxury build and finish on a $30M multi‑story project.

Your new role

The first stage is a $5M renovation including an indoor pool, 2 multi‑story luxury units and a car park, large enough to fit 15 cars! You will take the lead role driving the program, supported by a leading hand and site administrator, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day‑to‑day site activities and subcontractors
• Driving and maintaining the construction program in collaboration with the Project Manager
• Producing fortnightly lookaheads and reporting progress
• Overseeing safety, quality, and compliance
• Utilising Procore to track project delivery and documentation

The broader project includes multiple dwellings, a significant extension, structured parking, swimming pool facilities, and future stages including apartments and town houses, offering long‑term work.

What you need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on similar builds
• Strong understanding of multi‑storey construction and waterproofing
• Established local subcontractor network and industry contacts
• A trade background and QBCC Site Supervisors Licence
