Job summary

Chandler Macleod is partnering with a Brisbane-based developer/builder on a large multi-storey residential project in Redcliffe. The role starts as Site Manager supporting a current project before taking ownership as lead on the major high-rise development.

The ideal candidate has prior experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on mid-rise or high-rise residential schemes and will drive safety, quality and programme delivery with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, General Foreman or Senior Foreman.
• Experience delivering commercial, mixed-use or multi-residential projects.
• Exposure to basement construction, structural concrete, retention/shoring works and tower crane operations will be highly regarded.
• Experience on mid-rise or high-rise residential developments preferred.

We are partnering with a growing Brisbane-based Developer/Builder with a strong pipeline of work across South East Queensland.

An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to initially assist in delivering a current project before transitioning into a lead role on a large multi-storeyresidential development in Redcliffe.

This role will suit an experienced Site Manager, General Foreman or Senior Foreman looking to take ownership of a significant project from early stages through to completion.
