Job summary

Chandler Macleod is partnering with a Brisbane-based developer/builder to recruit a Site Manager for a large multi-storey residential project in Redcliffe. The role will start by assisting on a current project before progressing to a lead position on the significant development.

• Exposure to basement construction, retention/shoring and tower crane operations.
• Experience on mid-rise or high-rise residential developments.

An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to initially assist in delivering a current project before transitioning into a lead role on a large multi-storeyresidential development in Redcliffe.

This role will suit an experienced Site Manager, General Foreman or Senior Foreman looking to take ownership of a significant project from early stages through to completion.

About You

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, General Foreman or Senior Foreman.
• Experience delivering commercial, mixed-use or multi-residential projects.
• Exposure to basement construction, structural concrete, retention/shoring works and tower crane operations will be highly regarded.
• Experience on mid-rise or high-rise residential developments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and subcontractor management skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of site outcomes.
