Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multi-residential or high-rise projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to own site delivery and drive programme outcomes.
• Solid understanding of WHS, quality and construction compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day site operations across the project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to achieve programme milestones.
• Manage site safety, quality assurance and environmental compliance.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity and programme performance.
• Coordinate and manage site logistics and sequencing.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure works are completed to specification, quality and programme requirements.
• Lead and develop the site team and foster a positive site culture.
• Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.
• Maintain communication with the Project Manager and Construction Manager.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day site operations of this $60M, 12-level residential development.

Working closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you will lead the site team and coordinate all construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the high-quality standards the business is known for.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a Site Manager who enjoys taking ownership of a project and working collaboratively with the broader project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day site operations across the project
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure programme milestones are achieved
• Manage site safety, quality assurance and environmental compliance
• Monitor construction progress, productivity and programme performance
• Coordinate and manage site logistics and sequencing
• Liaise closely with consultants, engineers and project stakeholders to resolve construction issues
• Ensure construction works are completed to specification, quality and programme requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering multi-residential or high-rise residential projects
• Previous experience managing projects valued at $50M+ is highly regarded
• Strong understanding of structures, finishes and building services
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate complex construction programmes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of site delivery and drive programme outcomes
• Strong understanding of WHS, quality and construction compliance
• Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline highly regarded
