The Opportunity
You will take ownership of the site delivery function across major multi-residential developments, working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, consultants and wider project team to ensure projects are delivered to an exceptional standard.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Supervisor with a strong background in:

• Multi-storey residential, apartments or high-density construction
• Large-scale new build projects
• Managing complex construction programmes
• Leading sizeable site teams and subcontractor packages
• Working on projects valued at $25M+, ideally up to $100M+
• Maintaining a strong focus on quality, programme and safety

Most importantly, you will be a confident site leader who can take ownership of a major project and drive it through to successful completion.
