Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a growing residential builder on a major new development in Walloon, north of Brisbane. You will lead on-site activities for 120 low-set homes, coordinating trades and ensuring build quality, safety and on-time delivery across the project.

Based in Brisbane, the role offers growth as the development progresses and the team expands. A proactive, communicative leader with a QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is ideal.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising residential construction projects.
• Experience managing low-set detached homes or volume residential builds.
• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of low-set detached homes from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Manage construction schedules, quality control and site safety.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets required building standards.
• Monitor progress across multiple homes and ensure construction deadlines are met.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve site issues to keep projects on track.

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a growing residential builder on a major new development in Walloon.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a growing residential builder on a major new development in Walloon.

The project will consist of approximately 120 low-set detached homes, with homes being released in stages of 13 at a time.

With strong growth across the Brisbane market, there is also the opportunity for a second Site Manager to join the project as construction progresses.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of low-set detached homes from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Manage construction schedules, quality control and site safety.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets required building standards.

Skills & Experience
