With an immediate project ready to commence, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a significant apartment development while working alongside an experienced leadership team with a strong pipeline of future work.

This position is ideally suited to an experienced Site Manager seeking a long-term opportunity with a builder that values quality, accountability and strong site leadership.

About the Role

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a multi-residential construction project from site establishment through to practical completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
• Drive project outcomes across safety, quality, programme and budget requirements.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery team to maintain project performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Lead site meetings, manage construction sequencing and proactively resolve onsite challenges.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest construction standards while maintaining a strong safety culture.

About You

• Experience as a Site Manager delivering multi-residential, apartment, townhouse or commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, programme management and site coordination.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders throughout the construction phase.
• Demonstrated commitment to site safety, quality assurance and project delivery excellence.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain programme outcomes.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction documentation, drawings and specifications.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a hands-on leadership approach.

You Will Possess

• Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience delivering building projects as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, construction compliance and site management procedures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead site teams, drive accountability and achieve successful project outcomes.
