Job summary

Core Talent is partnering with a renowned architectural residential builder delivering Sydney's most complex homes. They seek an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter / Working Foreman to join the team and drive day-to-day delivery on a major luxury project.

Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you will coordinate carpenters, apprentices and subcontractors, manage sequencing and maintain premium finishes. Opportunity to progress into Site Management on a strong project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Qualified Carpenter with Leading Hand / Foreman experience.
• Experience delivering high-end architecturally designed homes.
• Confident coordinating trades, subcontractors and carpentry teams.
• Strong understanding of scope, sequencing, drawings and quality control.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and delivering premium finishes.
• Long-term role with progression into Site Management.

With six active projects across Sydney, ranging from approximately $15M-$40M, they are looking for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter / Working Foreman to join the team.

Working directly alongside an experienced Site Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of a major luxury residential project, with genuine opportunity to progress into Site Management.

The Role

• Lead and coordinate Carpenters, Apprentices and subcontractors
• Manage trade sequencing, scopes of work and daily site activities
• Coordinate works against programme, drawings and specifications
• Maintain exceptionally high quality and workmanship standards
• Assist with site planning, programming and construction methodology
