Job summary

MACA is hiring a Maintenance Administrator for the McPhee Creek project on an 8/6 FIFO roster, located 30km north of Nullagine in WA's Pilbara region. You will support site management with rosters, travel, onboarding, and daily admin tasks, ensuring smooth operations across site and head office.

Ideal candidates have site-based admin experience in the resources sector, strong communication, discretion with sensitive information, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Site-based administrative experience in the resources sector.
• Exposure to maintenance and/or production environments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; JDE experience preferred.
• National Police Clearance within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and staff, including roster and leave management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and correspondence.
• Deliver onboarding support and responsive day-to-day administrative assistance.
• Raise purchase requisitions, perform data entry, and prepare weekly and daily reports.
• Assist with timesheet queries and ensure accurate allocation of cost codes.
• Coordinate flights, accommodation, and roster logistics.
• Manage site supply coordination, including deliveries to and from site locations.
• Act as a liaison between site operations and corporate offices, communicating key information promptly.
