Job summary

MACA is seeking a Site Administrator for the Dingo Range Gold Project, FIFO from Perth. You’ll provide site management support, coordinate roster and travel, onboarding, and cost reporting. The role requires discretion with confidential information and strong MS Office skills. Previous site-based admin in resources is preferred, with JDE knowledge advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a site-based administrative role within the resources sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and staff, including roster and leave management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and preparation of correspondence.
• Deliver onboarding support and responsive day-to-day administrative assistance.
• Raise purchase requisitions, perform accurate data entry, and prepare weekly and daily reports.
• Assist with timesheet queries and ensure accurate allocation of cost codes within relevant systems.
• Coordinate flights, accommodation, and roster logistics.
• Manage site supply coordination, including deliveries to and from site locations.
• Act as a liaison between site operations and corporate offices, managing inquiries and ensuring timely communication of key information.
