Job summary

BUSY At Work is seeking a dynamic leader to head a team serving disadvantaged job seekers in the Cleveland-QUEEN region. You will drive employment opportunities by guiding the team and building strong employer relationships.

The role involves governance of program expenditures, ensuring compliance, and delivering outcomes. A fixed-term contract runs until 30 June 2027 with possible extension, based on performance and funding.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams including remote/mobile groups.
• Proven ability to drive KPI achievement and performance.
• Strong relationship building with employers and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets and governance compliance.
• Holds a current driver’s licence and eligibility to work.

This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2027 with the possibility of extension based in the Cleveland-QUEEN region.

Desired Skills and Experience

A bit about you...

• Demonstrated experience of leading teams, including remote and mobile teams, and capability in driving performance and meeting KPI's and targets
• Strong people management, coaching and mentoring skills
• Exceptional ability to build strategic relationships resulting in business outcomes
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret a broad range of information including data, contracts and deeds
• An open car drivers' licence
• Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes
