Job summary

The BUSY Group is seeking a committed leader to head the Cleveland-QUEEN employment program. You will manage a diverse team, ensuring KPI achievement while delivering services to disadvantaged job seekers. You will foster strong employer and community relationships to sustain program activity and outcomes.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, contracts and deeds.
• Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes.

This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2027 with the possibility of extension based in the Cleveland-QUEEN region.
