Job summary

SEE Group is seeking experienced Project Engineers or Senior Project Engineers to join the Urban division on residential subdivision projects in the Moreton Bay region. These full-time roles involve planning, coordinating and supervising technical aspects of civil construction with a down-to-earth team.

Responsibilities include programming, scheduling, meeting milestones, quality assurance, financial forecasting and enforcing safety for staff and subs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) required with civil construction experience.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise civil projects effectively.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills within teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer projects, plan schedules and coordinate activities.
• Support milestone achievement and ensure project compliance.
• Conduct quality assurance and reporting on finances.
• Maintain safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.

The Opportunity

SEE Group have new opportunities available for experienced Project Engineers or Senior Project Engineers to join our Urban division on residential subdivision projects in the Moreton Bay region. These are full-time positions. These are diverse and fast-paced roles that will see you provide advice in the planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of civil construction projects.

• Ensuringeffective programming and construction methodologies
• Project administration, planning and scheduling
• Assisting in meeting project milestones and ensuringproject compliance
• Conducting quality assurance
• Financial reporting and forecasting;
• Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• Construction White Card
• Previous experience in Engineering in Civil Construction
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
• Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications
• Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
