Job summary

SEE Group is seeking Site, Project and Senior Project Engineers to join our Civil division on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll work on upcoming projects and be at the heart of delivery, coordinating activities and ensuring program milestones are met.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating construction activities, monitoring site performance, quality assurance and safety, and managing project administration and reporting with a senior team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) required.
• Construction White Card required.
• Experience in Civil Construction engineering.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong planning, organising and problem-solving skills; leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective programming and construction methodologies.
• Project administration, planning and scheduling.
• Assist in meeting project milestones and ensuring project compliance.
• Conduct quality assurance.
• Prepare financial reporting and forecasting.
• Ensure safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.

From planning and coordinating key construction activities to monitoring technical performance on site, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring projects run safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. You’ll take ownership of quality assurance, project administration and financial reporting, while working closely with site teams to keep programs on track and milestones achieved.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• Construction White Card
• Previous experience in Engineering in Civil Construction
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
• Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications
• Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
