Job summary

SEE Civil is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our civil infrastructure delivery team across the North Gold Coast and Logan regions. This full-time, hands-on leadership role will manage complex road, restoration, land development and infrastructure projects from program through to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Coach, mentor and train staff within the department.
• Forecast monthly financial performance of projects.
• Ensure safe operating conditions for all staff and subcontractors.

About the Opportunity

SEE Civil is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing civil infrastructure delivery team across the North Gold Coast and Logan regions. This is a full-time, hands‑on leadership role for a proactive PM who thrives on running complex road, restoration, land development, and infrastructure projects from program through to completion.

You’ll take ownership of project programming, safety coordination, subcontractor performance, and the technical delivery of major civil works—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to specification, and to budget.

Responsibilities will include

• Responsible and accountable for the effective programming and construction methodologies of all site works.
• Responsible for project compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards.
• Responsible and accountable for the coordination of employees, subcontractors, procurement, plant and equipment required.
• Lead and support the project team through project activities and any changes to the project scope.
• Coaching, mentoring and training of relevant staff and identify and develop staff within the department.
• Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.
• Ensure that plant, equipment, staff and subcontractors operate within safe working conditions.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Solid demonstrated civil engineering experience including proven management skills, practices and planning ability.
• Demonstrated experience managing a project and maintaining focus on priorities.
• Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating and administering contracts, specifications,
• The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Knowledge of Engineering principles and experience in actual project delivery.
• Computer literacy, particularly experience working with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
• Highly effective planning, organising and problem‑solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
• Construction White Card.
