Job summary

The Technical and Engineering Network is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-value commercial build in Western Australia. You will manage daily trade activities, maintain program momentum and uphold high-quality standards across multi-million dollar landmark developments.

Join a prominent Tier 2 commercial builder with a strong WA project pipeline. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage logistics, and enforce safety protocols while reporting to Project Managers and client reps.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience with recognised commercial builders.
• Experience delivering commercial projects in the $30m-$50m range.
• Strong trade coordination, structural oversight and site leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the National Construction Code and WA safety standards.
• Relevant degree or trade qualification, White Card and WA working rights.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management from early works to Practical Completion.
• Coordinate sub-contractors, suppliers, plant and material deliveries.
• Maintain construction programmes, trade sequencing and critical path milestones.
• Enforce strict site safety protocols, quality assurance and environmental compliance.
