Job summary

Longreach Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a mid-sized builder delivering commercial and residential projects in WA. This permanent, full-time role offers a strong, structured environment with progression opportunities and a focus on HSE and quality.

The successful candidate will manage site setup, subcontractors and trades, oversee documentation, and ensure compliance with building practices and relevant codes.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in building & construction.
• Demonstrated site management experience on apartment projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of OH&S requirements and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project end to end with a long standing commercial builder.
• Site setup, management of subcontractors and trades, and quality control.
• Complete site documentation and ensure compliance with codes and legislature.
• Maintain OH&S standards and a strong focus on quality throughout projects.
• Assist in aligning with business long term and pipeline of work.

Our client is a mid-sized builder providing end to end project management across Commercial and Residential builds in WA for over 30 years. Well respected for delivering both local and regional projects, they excel in delivering high-quality projects with an innovative and collaborative approach, resulting in strong and longstanding client relationships.

They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team in a permanent, full time role. With a strong pipeline of currently under construction and upcoming work they are looking for someone that will align with the business long term.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in building & construction.
