Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting the delivery of civil utilities, water or infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of project planning, procurement, scheduling and construction coordination.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, safety and environmental requirements within construction.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with site teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Experience using project management systems such as InEight, Aconex, Procore or similar.
• Current White Card, Driver's Licence and ability to obtain required project clearances.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of major civil utilities works across water, sewer and infrastructure packages.
• Assist with coordinating day-to-day site activities with subcontractors, suppliers and self-perform crews to achieve safe and efficient project outcomes.
• Assist with project planning, procurement, scheduling, cost tracking and progress reporting.
• Prepare RFIs and coordinate technical queries with designers, consultants and client representatives.
• Monitor construction quality, environmental compliance and safety performance to ensure works meet project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including site records, reports, variations and progress claims.
• Contribute to construction planning, technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
