Job summary

McMahon Services is seeking a motivated Site Manager to own site-based delivery on a range of commercial construction projects across South Australia. You will lead site teams, coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant and materials, and work closely with Project Managers to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Regional travel may be required; LAFHA and applicable allowances will be provided where required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial building construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and project delivery.
• Ability to read, interpret and communicate construction plans and documentation.
• Experience preparing and reviewing JSAs, SWMS and risk assessments.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Construction White Card and current Driver's Licence.
• Senior First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to obtain Defence Clearance, DCSI and National Police Clearance.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing.

About The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading all site-based activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Working closely with Project Managers and project teams, you will coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant and materials while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role offers exposure to a variety of projects across South Australia, with regional travel opportunities from time to time. LAFHA and applicable allowances will be provided where required.
