Job summary

BMD is Australia’s leading integrated engineering, construction and urban development business. We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our South Australian team on a full-time basis to contribute to diversified urban development projects.

You will support site supervisors, work with subcontractors, and deliver engineering solutions while upholding safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• High level verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience with tier one or two contractors undertaking similar work.
• Preferably two years’ experience on infrastructure projects.
• Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do.
• Motivation to achieve value-for-money results.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with site supervisors to provide engineering and technical support.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of activities.
• Provide innovative solutions to safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements.
• Manage the quality assurance of works and oversee procurement requirements.
