Job summary

Ampol Limited is seeking a Site Conversion Advisor to drive successful site conversions across its Australian network. You will act as a crucial link between frontline teams and the Centre of Excellence, coordinating with Site Managers, contractors, vendors and program teams to deliver safe, consistent conversions with minimal disruption.

The role leverages your frontline retail experience and strong operational knowledge, including safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline retail operations.
• Strong understanding of site operations, safety and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Confidence navigating systems, processes and operational change.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of site conversion activities across the network.
• Coordinate activities with Site Managers, contractors, vendors and central program teams.
• Provide first-level support and triage via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
• Identify, document and escape risks, issues and dependencies.
• Deliver site readiness, progress updates and reporting to support program governance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational and program standards.
• Provide practical operational support drawing on frontline retail experience.
