Job summary

Ampol Limited is seeking a Site Conversion Lead to oversee a major national retail transformation. Reporting to the Centre of Excellence, you will direct site conversions across Australia with a focus on safety, governance and readiness.

You will lead a team of Site Conversion Advisors, coordinate with Field Operation Integration Leads, the PMO, vendors and stakeholders to minimise disruption and ensure successful rollout outcomes.

Qualifications

• Broad experience leading large-scale operational or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of frontline retail operations and site-based delivery.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience coordinating field operations with central support functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead national site conversion deployment activities across the retail network.
• Oversee site readiness, branding, equipment changes, system cutovers and handovers.
• Manage deployment sequencing to minimise operational and trading impacts.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Site Conversion Advisors.
• Act as the key escalation point for deployment risks, issues and stakeholder concerns.
• Drive governance, assurance reporting and program visibility.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the conversion lifecycle.
