Job summary

Ampol Retail is seeking a Site Conversion Advisor to support the successful delivery of site conversions across the network, acting as a key link between frontline teams and the Centre of Excellence. You will coordinate activities with Site Managers, contractors, vendors and program teams to ensure safe, timely and compliant transitions.

You are an experienced Store Manager with strong operational knowledge, capable of guiding teams through change.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline retail operations.
• Strong understanding of site operations, safety and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of site conversion activities across the network.
• Coordinate activities with Site Managers, contractors, vendors and central program teams.
• Provide first-level support and triage via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
• Identify, document and elevate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Deliver site readiness, progress updates and reporting to support program governance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational and program standards.
