Job summary

Ampol Retail is seeking a Site Conversion Lead to drive a national site conversion program across Australia. Reporting to the Centre of Excellence, you will lead a team of Site Conversion Advisors, coordinate with Field Operation Integration Leads, PMO, vendors and stakeholders to ensure safe, timely and quality deployment with minimal business disruption.

Responsibilities

Lead national site conversion deployment across the retail network.
Oversee site readiness, branding, equipment changes, system cutovers, handovers.
Manage deployment sequencing to minimise disruption.
Lead, coach and develop a team of Site Conversion Advisors.
Escalate deployment risks, issues and stakeholder concerns.
Drive governance, reporting and program visibility.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities across the lifecycle.
