Job summary

Ampol is seeking a Site Conversion Advisor to support the successful delivery of site conversions across our network, liaising between frontline teams and the Centre of Excellence. You will work with Site Managers, contractors and program teams to coordinate activities and ensure safe, minimal-disruption transitions.

Qualifications

Experience leading frontline retail operations.
Strong understanding of site operations, safety and compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of site conversion activities across the network.
Coordinate activities with Site Managers, contractors, vendors and central program teams.
Provide first-level support and triage via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
Identify, document and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.
Deliver site readiness, progress updates and reporting to support program governance.
Ensure compliance with safety, operational and program standards.
Provide practical operational support drawing on frontline retail experience.
