Genus delivers end-to-end solutions across transmission, distribution, substations, and renewable energy sectors in Australia. This role leads civil field crews on the Parron Wind Farm project, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

The Civil Supervisor role requires 3+ years in supervision, a strong safety record, and a focus on coaching teams to meet project milestones in a fast-paced site environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a civil supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performance teams.
• Strong understanding of civil construction practices and safe work procedures.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets and deliver quality outcomes.
• Solid OH&S knowledge with a strong safety record.
• HR Class Driver’s Licence and White Card held.
• National Police Clearance and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Desirable: utilities/construction/resources sector experience, project supervision 10–15 personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil field teams and plant operators to deliver daily project outcomes.
• Monitor performance, productivity and quality to meet standards.
• Provide clear direction, support and coaching to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections and task observations.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to maintain workflow and efficiency.
• Promote a positive team culture and uphold company values.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet schedule and client expectations.
