GenusPlus Group in Eneabba, WA is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical crews on a major Clean Energy project.

You will coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensure works are delivered safely and to a high standard, and work closely with project teams to meet schedules and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor.
• Electrical trade qualification and relevant electrical licence.
• Demonstrated experience supervising electrical crews on major projects.
• Experience within construction, energy, resources, infrastructure or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and site personnel.
• Coordinate daily electrical activities and work fronts.
• Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with project requirements.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
• Coordinate with other site teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure electrical works meet relevant standards, specifications and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues on site.
• Promote a strong safety culture.
• Ensure required site documentation and reporting is completed.
