Job summary

GenusPlus Group in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead civil field crews, coordinate daily site activities and support safe, efficient delivery of the Parron Wind Farm project.

You will supervise teams, monitor performance and quality, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure OH&S compliance. A White Card, Police clearance, and a valid HR licence are required, with 3+ years in civil supervision preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a civil supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performance teams.
• Strong civil construction practices and safe work procedures.
• Solid OH&S knowledge with a strong safety record.
• Current HR Class Driver’s Licence.
• Construction Induction (White Card).
• National Police Clearance.
• First Aid & CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil field teams and plant operators to deliver daily project outcomes.
• Monitor performance, productivity and quality, ensuring work meets required standard.
• Provide clear direction, support and coaching to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections and task observations.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to maintain workflow and efficiency.
• Promote a positive team culture and uphold company values.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet schedule and client expectations.
