Job summary

Holcim Australia is seeking a hands-on Project Administrator based in Swanbank, QLD. You will provide administration and contracts support to the project team, assist with site-based activities and handle pricing reviews and payment claims during project delivery.

You will extrapolate information from Site Instructions, Change Orders, and other control documents to identify opportunities to increase Holcim's revenue.

Qualifications

• Related qualification or working towards one is preferred.
• Sound experience in a similar role in a related industry is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of concrete and quarry products is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with various IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacture and delivery schedules for precast products to civil projects.
• Respond to client correspondence and submit formal client communications.
• Administer contract documents and related deliverables with the project team.
• Maintain records for Site Instructions and notify PM if work value exceeds approval.
• Prepare client reports per contract including monthly, environmental and weekly reports.
• Assist updating project folders on the project database and ensure safety compliance.
