Job summary

Stanmore Resources is seeking a Maintenance Administrator at South Walker Creek Mine, QLD, Australia, to support the CHPP and Maintenance teams with high-level administrative duties and data entry. This site-based role operates Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the CHPP Manager, you will coordinate meetings, assist onboarding of staff and contractors, and prepare reports using SAP, TAMS and the Microsoft Office suite, while upholding safety and our values.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP, TAMS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the CHPP and Maintenance departments
• Coordinate meetings and prepare reports and presentations
• Assist onboarding of new employees, contractors and consultants
• Manage camp rooms and travel bookings in FlyToWork
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements
• Build relationships with stakeholders and follow safety standards
