Job summary

The Bloomfield Group is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to partner with leaders and deliver tailored HR support across the Group. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment, employee development and key HR initiatives, fostering inclusivity and continuous improvement.

This site-based role operates Monday to Friday with travel to multiple sites. A vehicle option is included and a competitive salary package is offered, along with generous leave and parental

Qualifications

• 5+ years generalist HR experience.
• tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• site-based role with travel to all sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with leaders to align HR strategies with team goals.
• Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Provide guidance to leaders on performance management and employee development.
• Interpret awards, enterprise agreements and the industrial landscape.
• Support investigations, HR system improvements and change management.
