Rashi Joshi is seeking a versatile HR administrator/Advisor to drive recruitment, onboarding, and performance management across a diverse team of staff and tradespeople. You will manage contract administration, visa compliance, and provide expert guidance to leadership.

The role requires strong HR background with 5+ years in HR advisory, expertise in blue-collar recruitment, and proficiency in MS Office and Employment Hero. A home/remote work option is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a dedicated HR Advisor role.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in Employment Hero and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Sound working knowledge of applicable Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act 2009, including award interpretation and compliance obligations.
