Job summary

Enerven is expanding into Queensland with the Teebar Battery Energy Storage System project. The Construction Site Administrator will support the delivery of civil and electrical balance of plant, coordinating documentation, logistics and on-site admin to ensure smooth project execution.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors, handling travel, correspondence and procurement activities while maintaining accurate data and site records.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction, engineering or project teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and high-quality administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, reporting and record management.
• Manage site administration, access requirements and stakeholder communications.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and site logistics for project teams.
• Support procurement activities and coordinate site resources and PPE.
• Maintain project data and provide administrative support to keep construction moving.
