Enerven is expanding into Queensland with the Teebar Battery Energy Storage System, delivering civil and BoP works, site prep and integration of Valo tech. An experienced Environment Consultant will manage environmental risks, ensure compliance on site, and drive positive outcomes across mobilization, construction and delivery.

You’ll develop plans, monitor compliance, advise leadership and coordinate with regulators to protect biodiversity, heritage and water resources in a major infrastructure

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years' environmental experience in construction, mining or major infrastructure.
• Experience developing and implementing environmental management plans and project controls.
• Strong knowledge of Queensland environmental legislation and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and maintain project environmental management plans, systems and controls.
• Identify, assess and manage environmental risks and impacts (biodiversity, soil, water, heritage).
• Provide practical environmental advice to project leaders, construction teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor environmental compliance via site inspections, audits and contractor reviews.
• Coordinate incident investigations and corrective actions; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with regulators, clients and consultants to ensure compliance.
