Job summary

Enerven is delivering the Teebar Battery Energy Storage System in Queensland. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead civil and electrical BoP works on site, coordinating crews, supervisors and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality and program outcomes.

The role is full-time for 2 years, based on site in regional Queensland, with a 10 days on/4 days off roster and DIDO arrangements with accommodation and transport provided.

Qualifications

• Experienced construction leader with ownership of complex, multidisciplinary delivery.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors, crews and subcontractors on major infra projects.
• Strong planning, safety, quality, productivity and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and electrical BoP works across on-site construction.
• Provide on-site leadership to supervisors, crews and subcontractors.
• Drive WHS, environmental and quality performance across all activities.
• Plan and coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractor resources.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, engineering and commercial teams to manage priorities and interfaces.
• Monitor progress, productivity, cost and schedule performance.
• Build strong relationships with client, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve construction issues to maintain safe delivery.
